1. Zapalstyle’s Responsibility
-This solution is only when Zapalstyle is responsible for sending the wrong(different from the one that customer ordered)/defective/item.
-Please contact our customer service team and we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
-Once we receive the item, we will check and refund the the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
2. Customer's Responsibility
-If the customer has ordered an incorrect product or just want to return an unwanted item, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged. Tags should still be attached and the item needs to be
in the same condition as when it was received. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days and we can also allow a return. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
-If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price.
1. Our warranty does not apply to products listed under the following categories: swimwear, lingerie, earrings, underwear, earrings/body piercing jewellery, personalised products, CD/DVD, computer/console games. If specifically noted as excluded in any individual product listing.
2. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging intact.
3. All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team, if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without a corresponding RMA form and/or not matching the requirements listed above will not be accepted.
4. Once you place and confirm the order, you will no longer be able to modify or cancel it. In our promise for prompt service, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. You can choose to return the item according to our return policy.
5. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
6. Please contact our customer service team for the return/replacement address.
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours.
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days.
