When it comes to delivery, we understand the need for speed. If we've got what you've ordered in our warehouse, we'll aim to dispatch it within 24 hours. And if we haven't got it, we'll arrange for your order to be dispatched directly from the manufacturer.
We deliver globally and use several major international carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, TN and EMS.
It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 5-7 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

1.Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
2.Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
3.It may take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
